(I know they ACTUALLY gave me the discount because I was quoted a price before I asked about a Veterans discount, and when I received the written estimate, it stated the Veterans discount and was 5% less than originally quoted.) So I can say for sure that they are a company who appreciates Veterans, and their estimates are truly free.

A friend of mine used RSR for her crawl space and was happy with them so I did as well for a sump pump and french drain under the house(on a slope). This experience was very easy and professional all around. Rudy was quick to show up and evaluate the situation, send me a computer generated detailed estimate and drawing of what would be done, timeframe & date, and responded quickly when I called or texted to ask questions. The guys did a great job, it was a muddy mess, and they cleaned up the area nicely, even better than before. I highly recommend this business.

When my patio’s lower concrete slab began to settle, it allowed a large crack along the porch foundation which allowed rain water to pool and drain underneath. This settlement also caused the steps from my upper porch (leading down) to drop from the upper porch slab resulting in a large gap between the upper porch slab and the stairs. This also caused a large crack in the brick work surrounding the steps.
Rudy from Rock Structure Repair came out to assess the problem and explained the process of “mud jacking” that his crew would perform to correct the problem. Another company I called for an estimate also determined that mud jacking was the solution but at a greater price and did not appear as knowledgeable as Rudy in providing other alternatives should the mud jacking not fully resolve the settlement issue. Although Rudy believed the mud jacking alone would work, the additional estimated work that might possibly be needed was still a more reasonable price for this work.
Rudy estimated about 4 to 5 weeks before they could start and that was also a good estimate. Dino and two other gentlemen working with him (sorry I did not learn their names) finished this work in one day and it was fascinating to watch the process. I admit I was skeptical but the mud jacking lifted the foundation and closed the gap as well as any reasonable person could have hoped for! Meaning, you can never make a crack disappear, but this crew re-mortared the closed cracks for cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Rudy and your “Dino crew” for a great job in correcting my porch foundation issue.

We contacted Rock Structure Repair about having our mobile home releveled. Juan called me to set up an appointment to evaluate and give us a quote. He arrived when scheduled and was very professional and answered any questions I had. We decided to go ahead with the quote. The appointment was made and the communication was top notch throughout the process. The crew arrived on the day scheduled (even called to let me know they were getting supplies and on the way). Justin, Victor and Johnny were there all day getting the job done. Justin kept me informed every step of the way on what was being done. He showed me the areas that needed the most attention. Rock Structure Repair did a great job adding a basement concrete wall and concrete floor! We now have a great basement space at our lake house. They also cleaned up after their work. Highly recommend them and their work!
