Yesterday, I visited the shop with a dent on the back of my car and asked for an estimate. Then I met Zack and he examined the dent and promptly fixed it without any additional charges. We brought my wife's SUV in for body repairs, we were given a good price for the repairs, the repair timeline was very reasonable. We dropped the SUV off on Friday, it was ready for pick up on Wednesday, the repairs are great, looks like brand new again. We highly recommend this team of professionals for your repair needs. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Zach was realistic and helpful, preparing me to work with the insurance company for prompt approval, etc. I had contacted other repair shops, and they estimated a much slower completion of the work involved. Dynasty kept their word and surpassed my expectations in attitude, quality, and completion time. I would recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Peter, Jeff, and Troy have all been HUGE help to me. Customer service is outstanding! First of all, they came and towed my car within an hour of speaking with them. I didn’t think I was gonna be able to get a rental at all, but they were able to get me in a rental within an hour of me, speaking with them about it. They took care of everything for me and also helped me understand the process and what to expect going forward, as I was pretty lost on what to do.
They made everything SO EASY for me, I thought it was too good to be true. Haha It definitely WAS true!
